2 Deep Sea Berths – 74 acres (30 hectares) of foreshore water lot with barge berths, small vessel facilities and two deep sea docks, the main with a 36 ft (11m) draft and the second 26 ft (7.9m) draft at MLW. Design vessel for the main dock is 41,400 DWT with length of 600 ft (183m) and maximum displacement of 54,400 long tons.
